Christmas Shipping Update

This is our promise: If we physically receive your package at our Miami warehouse on or before December 16th and there are no issues (examples listed below), we will have it available for you locally before December 25th.
You can continue to shop and ship after the deadline. We'll still work hard to get your packages to you, but the guarantee only applies to items that meet the deadline.
Exceptions not covered by this deadline:
- Hazmat items (e.g. items that are flammable, pressurized, contain alcohol as a primary ingredient)
- US Postal Service packages: Items shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost
- Incorrect or missing customer information. Always ensure your full shipping address is included at checkout. We also strongly advise that you prealert your items via our website to help avoid this issue.

This is the peak season for shipping, globally. Just as our own roads are packed with commuters during rush hour, all cargo trucks, trains, and airplanes are filled to capacity and even overbooked at this time of year. Delays are inevitable due to overbookings, unplanned emergency repairs and harsh hurricane-season weather. Shop early so you have ample time in spite of any delays.
Please note our call center hours remain 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday and 9AM to 1PM Saturdays.
