Update Your Shipping Address for Existing Orders
The steps below apply only to existing orders at Amazon.com. To ensure future orders are shipped correctly, follow these steps.Additionally, you can only update the shipping address for items Sold and Shipped by Amazon.com directly. If your order was placed with a merchant or marketplace seller, you will have to contact the seller directly for assistance : within your Amazon.com account, open Order History - View Open Orders and click the Contact Seller button for the relevant order(s).
Step 1Go to www.amazon.com and click Sign In.
Step 2Enter your Amazon.com credentials and click Sign in using our secure server.
Step 3Click the Your Orders link as shown below:
Step 5You will be prompted to select a different address or to enter a new one. Click the Add a U.S. Address button.
Step 6Enter your updated address, ensuring Address Line 2 is in the format shown. If your account number is WEB 720, you will enter: BLDG 115 WEB 720. Click Continue
As a security measure, Amazon may prompt you to re-enter your billing details to ensure your address is not being changed by an unauthorized person. You must enter your credit card billing address you used with your bank.
