Update Your Shipping Address for Existing Orders

The steps below apply only to existing orders at Amazon.com. To ensure future orders are shipped correctly, follow these steps.

Additionally, you can only update the shipping address for items Sold and Shipped by Amazon.com directly. If your order was placed with a merchant or marketplace seller, you will have to contact the seller directly for assistance : within your Amazon.com account, open Order History - View Open Orders and click the Contact Seller button for the relevant order(s).

Step 1

Go to www.amazon.com and click Sign In.




Step 2

Enter your Amazon.com credentials and click Sign in using our secure server.




Step 3

Click the Your Orders link as shown below:




Step 4

Click the Change Delivery Address button under the relevant order.





Step 5

You will be prompted to select a different address or to enter a new one. Click the Add a U.S. Address button.




Step 6

Enter your updated address, ensuring Address Line 2 is in the format shown. If your account number is WEB 720, you will enter: BLDG 115 WEB 720. Click Continue




As a security measure, Amazon may prompt you to re-enter your billing details to ensure your address is not being changed by an unauthorized person. You must enter your credit card billing address you used with your bank.
